We can't praise Joanne Tohill highly enough! Have left our Westie a few times before with other llocal 'kennels', only to pick him up and find he was hoarse with barking, smelly, dirty and his bedding filthy. Not with Joanne...we left him with 'Auntie Jojo' for 3 days, picked him up last night and he was a fluff ball of loveliness! Have left him at Barkin Pet Hotel 3/4 times and it's always the same. I would happily sleep in the 'suite' that Doug stays in! Please don't hesitate in booking these premises..she is so so good to our 'baby'! Would never leave my dog anywhere else. Spotlessly clean, bed AND sofa in his room..along with central heating and television!!! and very reasonable. He seems to love her and jumps on Joanne when we go to pick him up! Thank you Joanne for taking such good care of him...you are a star!!

Joanne is great I left my two with her recently for the weekend booked them in for a wee groom too. Giving my wee dog her medication was no problem at all to her and the kennels are spotless dogs were extremely well cared for.

It was Charlie's first time staying away somewhere he didn't know and he seemed to really enjoy it. Even cried after Joanne when he was leaving. Nice clean room and you can tell he got looked after really well. Will definitely be back and will recommend to family and friends.

It was kiasers first time getting a groom in his 7 years... Outstanding job. Very professional and made it very pleasant for him -definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing! Joanne is fantastic at her job, always does our dogs to the highest standard, and all at such a brilliant price. We have three dogs, and all three love going to her each and every time (the three musketeers lol!)
